Beyonce kicked of the US leg of her Mrs.Carter World Tour last night. Beyonce took to the Staples Center last night to perform some of her biggest hits in conjunction with BET Experience weekend. Most notably in the audience were Beyonce's former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. No new music was performed as reported by those attending. Hopefully Beyonce will bring some new material during the second leg of the tour.

It seems as though we aren't the only ones highly anticipating singer Kelly Rowland's new album. Beyonce took to her official website to send a message regarding her anticipation for her former bandmate's fourth solo album.
"We are one week away from Kelly's album release!!! Talk A Good Game - 7 Days Away," wrote Bey.
Kelly's new album will hit stores next Tuesday and will coincidentally feature a track with Beyonce
and Michelle.
Check out Kelly's performance of "Gone" with Wiz Khalifa from earlier this week here.

Beyonce took to her official website to congratulate friend and former bandmate Michelle Williams on her run in the touring Broadway musical FELA. Michelle has been on the road since earlier this year touring across the States as Sandra Isadore in the play which details the life of musician Fela Kuti. This isn't Michelle's first run on Broadway. Michelle also starred in Aida, Color Purple, and Chicago."Michelle, my beautiful sister. I'm so proud of your work in theatre. You embody the strength and boldness of women who are not afraid to just be. Congratulations on a successful run in Fela. We love you!," she says.Michelle is currently gearing up for the release of her new single in the coming weeks.

Beyonce delivers pure vocals on the new track 'Rise Up' which is featured on the soundtrack of the hit movie EPIC.
"Rise up, rise up little woman, don't be afraid to risk it all," sings Beyonce.
Beyonce plays the voice of Queen Tara in the film which has grossed over $100 million worldwide.
Can we get a first single tho?

With no official single release or album release date announced, singer Beyonce took to London for the Chime for Change concert to perform her track 'Grown Woman' which hit the net a few weeks ago. The performance was very fit for the occasion being that the concert was about female empowerment. I love the song compared to her other track 'Standing On the Sun' which also surfaced from this era.Something about Beyonce just isn't clicking for me anymore. I'm beginning to get bored with her voice and live performances unlike past years. When will we get the new Beyonce single? When asked about her new
snippetsalbum release date Beyonce said : -
Beyonce is no longer playing when it comes to putting your hands on her during her performances. The singer threatened to have a fan escorted out after he smacked her butt during her performance of 'Halo' over the weekend. This is the second time a fan has placed their hands on Bey during this tour, the first being when one of the BeyHive members tugged at her lace a month ago.
'I will have you escorted out of her now,' says Beyonce.
Beyonce is currently wrapping up the international tour dates for her Mrs. Carter World Tour. Beyonce will begin the US leg of her tour on June 28th. -
Kelly Rowland stopped by Raheen DeVaughn's Blis FM radio show for a special Memorial Day edition. Kelly teased a few snippets of her new material from her new album 'Talk A Good Game' which hits stores on June 18th. Kelly included the highly anticipated 'You Changed' which features her former bandmates Michelle Williams and Beyonce.
Kelly also discussed her new deal with FOX for the X-Factor US.
'It was a phone call from Simon which was pretty late. I remember calling my manager saying. Simon just called me. He basically made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I remember my experience on the X-Factor UK and I thoroughly enjoyed it,' says Kelly.

I woke up to nothing but blown gaskets from Beyonce's stans via Twitter this morning. The singer released another snippet of a new track which will appear on her yet-untitled fifth solo studio album. Beyonce flaunts her figure and dance moves in the clip which is a part of her H&M endorsement.Rumors swirled yesterday that the song, titled 'Standing in the Sun', was the actual lead single for the new album but I highly doubt so. The song isn't strong enough to debut as a Summer anthem. The commercial is cute - reminded me of a cross of her 'Baby Boy' and 'Deja Vu' music videos.Thoughts?

Beyonce offered her fans a teaser of her new tour as if they haven't already been on YouTube getting their life. Beyonce filmed the clips of the 'Mrs.Carter World Tour' overseas where the tour kicked off last week. Why does she feel the need to still promote this tour if all of the shows are sold out? Save those coins sis.On another note, I'm glad that I didn't purchase tickets to this concert being that she isn't performing any new songs yet. Maybe she will add new material when she gets to the States but for the most part the tour will still be recycled.

Beyonce showed no signs of being bothered by the naysayers as she arrived in Belgrade last night to kick out her The Mrs.Carter Show world tour. Beyonce was spotted arriving via private jet with tons of luggage. There were no signs of Bey's daughter Blue Ivy who is expected to travel the world with her mommy.
Beyonce's tour, which lasts until August, is preceded with no new single or album.
In other news, Beyonce has announced that she will team up with Goodwill for the tour. Though not many details were released, I assume that fans are expected to bring gently worn clothing items to the venues for charity.
'Goodwill helps people get back to work by providing education, job training and placement. I wanted to team up with an organization that puts people first and works everyday to help them improve and re-establish their lives,' she says via her official website.

Singer/Songwriter The Dream finally released the lead single from his new album 'IV Play' which is due in stores next month. Terius takes it back to his 90s R&B roots in the title track which I am absolutely in love with. So many artist have talked about bringing R&B back and I believe that The Dream is the first to actually do it successfully by releasing this track.
'When you're working through songs and songs, and you're working on a Beyonce album, and a Rihanna, and a Kelly, and you're doing all of these things to be able to find that, 'IV Play' is a really great record,' he says.
The all-star roster for The Dream's new album includes the likes of Kelly Rowland, Beyonce, Jay-Z and more.

Singer Beyonce sent the Bey Hive into a swarm moments ago when she released a video telling them to be front and center tomorrow morning. The clip boasts an instrumental beat and Beyonce rocks her signature metallic hand from the Sasha Fierce era.
Could this be the beginning of the new era? With a tour that starts in two weeks, I would hope that Beyonce is releasing new material.
Check back tomorrow at 9 AM for the official announcement. -
Damn. Whose album isn't Kelly Rowland going to be on this Summer? Singer/Songwriter The-Dream revealed that Kelly Rowland, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Fabulous and Big Sean will all appear on his new album 'IV Play' which will be released on May 28th.
It is no secret that The-Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, was able to land such big acts being that he is the mastermind behind most of their hit records.
Check out his interview with 106 & Park below. What is he wearing? -
It looks like Beyonce is ready to take over once more. The singer has revealed the first promo video for her new HBO documentary that will premiere in February. 'This is only the beginning,' states Beyonce in the message that was included with the video on her official website.
If I didn't know any better I would say that her whole relevance on Instagram has something to do with her wanting to seem more accessible to her fans and the promotion of this documentary. 'I always battle with how much do I reveal about myself,' she says in the clip.Beyonce's HBO documentary will premiere on February 16th. Will you be tuning in? -
Singer Beyonce just stole the spotlight from the 2012 Presidential Elections by joining the popular social networking app known as Instagram. The singers stylist Ty Hunter confirmed via Twitter that the account named "BaddieBey" is indeed Beyonce's official account.
Beyonce has been a very vocal supporter of President Barack Obama since his first election. The singer poses in a 'Texans For Obama' tee in her first snapshot from the Instagram account. Are you feeling it?

Power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z sat courtside tonight at the Barclays arena for the Nets game. Beyonce rocked her Dangerously In Love era hairdo' with an African ensemble and Louboutin's as she watched the game with her hubby. Jay-Z stepped his fashion game up a bit while rocking a black mink hoodie. The two look so happy together.
Beyonce is currently in the studio gearing up for her fifth studio album. Are you feeling the look? -
Miguel sat down with MTV News to discuss the call he received notifying him that he would be working with Beyonce on her new album.
'I think being a part of someone else's creative process is all about having your surfboard ready and just being ready to ride that wave. I don't really know what she sees for herself or what direction she'd like to go with this album and I think that's the exciting part about it. You just ride the wave and see where it goes.' says Miguel. Are you anticipating Miguel's work with Bey? -
Welp. Beyonce won't be making money anytime soon using her daughter's name 'Blue Ivy.' The singer filed a trademark claim for the name which was already in use by a few companies when she gave birth earlier this year. Event planner Veronica Alexandra was one of those business owners who also filed a trademark claim once she discovered Beyonce had done so.
The business owner has been using the name since 2009 and has been battling Bey since February for the rights to the name.
Alexandra has won trademark protection for the name. Is that fair being that she waited until the name was used everywhere else to file?
Nonetheless, I'm sure Beyonce will offer her some type of money for the trademark. [Source]

Ch. Are we really here for this? In an effort to garner up attention for his own project, rapper T.I. has put his own spin on the almost two year old track 'Dance For You'. While his verse on the track is cute, I really don't care for remixes to a song that don't include a re-record from the original artist.
T.I. knew what it would take to get the BeyHive talking which is why he is trying to use them to spread the word about his new album Trouble Man which is due out next month. Are you feeling it?
