  • Kelly Rowland's ex-fiancee Roy Williams is doing everything in his power to make us aware that he isn't the one that she is referring to in her new single "Dirty Laundry". The blogsphere was all abuzz a month ago when Kelly dropped the single where she talked about being abused by a former lover.

    "I'm a Christian. I had a foundation for low income single parent mothers. For somebody to think that with a foundation for low income single parent mothers that I would put my hands on a woman is freaking crazy," he says. "I wish her well. At one time I was in love and engaged with her but that time is gone now. I wish her nothing but all of the success."

    Roy kept it classy until he discussed writing a tell-all book.

    "I was the only public relationship that she had so people think it's me. Oh my God, if I were to write a book my book would be juicy."


  • Singer Fantasia released the video for her current single "Without Me" today. The video, which premiered via BET's 106 & Park, features Kelly Rowland and Missy Elliott. Fantasia surprisingly gave us a little choreography in the visuals which I would say is her best one to date.

    Can Kelly Rowland get any sexier? Damn. Missy Elliott graced the video however she was not included in any of the other clips which included the other two ladies.

  • Beyonce kicked of the US leg of her Mrs.Carter World Tour last night. Beyonce took to the Staples Center last night to perform some of her biggest hits in conjunction with BET Experience weekend. Most notably in the audience were Beyonce's former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. 


    No new music was performed as reported by those attending. Hopefully Beyonce will bring some new material during the second leg of the tour.










  • Kelly Rowland stopped by the Wendy Williams show this morning to continue the promotion for her new album Talk A Good Game. Kelly chatted about the recording process, Destiny's Child, and being happily in love.

    "I am dating. I do love him. I do want to get married. I feel like I'm missing out," says Kelly. 

    Kelly is gearing up for the Fall premiere of FOX's X-Factor US where she will sit on the judges panel alongside Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, and Paulina Rubio.



  • Kelly Rowland took to the stage on Good Morning America this morning in support of her new album. Kelly performed the track "Street Life" with rapper Pusha T during her live set. As expected, Kelly came thru vocally during the performance.

  • Kelly Rowland has kicked the promotion for her new album Talk A Good Game into full gear. Kelly stopped by VH1 to give a track-by-track breakdown of each song from the new album which hits stores tomorrow. Kelly's new album features collaborations with Michelle Williams, Beyonce, The-Dream, and more.

    I personally believe that this will be Kelly Rowland's most successful era as a solo artist. She has garnered many new supporters between this album and her previous.

    "We were in the studio and Harmony had these songs in his hard drive. I record the song and my brother is in the studio with me and he is like Bey and Michelle would sound good on that song," she says about "You Changed" which features Beyonce and Michelle.

  • "That's why I got these sh-t talking R&B singers on my hit list. And they bite my style so much that I swear I should write a book. And when I look at TV I say godd-mn that's my look," sings R.Kelly.

    The R&B veteran has teamed up with singer Kelly Rowland for the remix to her single "Dirty Laundry" ahead of her album release next week. It is no secret that the shots that R.Kelly took were directly at Trey Songz who has mocked the singers style and more. Honestly, R.Kelly sounds a bit bitter being that this isn't the first time he referenced someone stealing his style.

    The song is cute but I prefer the original version more.

    "Haven't eaten for days, haven't slept for weeks, now you hear this record and you wanna speak," sings Kelly. 



  • Kelly Rowland is hot on the promo trail for her new album Talk A Good Game which hits stores next Tuesday. Kelly stopped by Logo where she offered a few details on her new album and also that of Solange's.

    "There are no words for Solange. Solange has always been in a category of her own and nobody puts that baby in a corner. She's head strong, she has incredible fashion sense, and she never wanted to be like anyone else but Solange," says Kelly.

  • It seems as though we aren't the only ones highly anticipating singer Kelly Rowland's new album. Beyonce took to her official website to send a message regarding her anticipation for her former bandmate's fourth solo album.

    "We are one week away from Kelly's album release!!! Talk A Good Game - 7 Days Away," wrote Bey.

    Kelly's new album will hit stores next Tuesday and will coincidentally feature a track with Beyonce
    and Michelle.

  • "Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got til it's gone," sings Kelly.

    Kelly Rowland took to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to perform her new track "Gone" from her new album Talk A Good Game. Kelly was joined by rapper Wiz Khalifa for the performance of the track which he is featured on.

    "Roll me up a jump as you wake up, when I put it down mess up your make up," raps Wiz.

    The track samples Joni Mitchells "Big Yellow Taxi" which was most notably sampled by Janet Jackson.

    Great performance. Talk A Good Game hits stores next Tuesday.



  • Singer Kelly Rowland isn't skipping a beat when it comes to the promo for her new album Talk A Good Game which hits stores in less than two weeks. Kelly Rowland stopped by CNET to chat with Kevin Frazier about tech apps during the Hooked Up segment.

    "My Rowland Stones go hard. They've been with me for a very long time and they are very loyal. I can't help but to love them so much," says Kelly.

  • 'Love Em Good' singer Vina Mills returns with a new banger from her new album Blue Gold. Vina sings about how falling back in love with her ex had an impact on her life in the new track 'My X'. This song is definitely a Summer banger. "Was suppose to be one time now I'm back in love with you," she sings.

    Come thru Solange! My fave teamed up with Kendrick Lamar for the remix to track 'Looks Good With Trouble' which is featured on her True EP. I remember hearing Solange perform the extended version during her concert in Atlanta and instantly fell in love.



  • Kelly Rowland had every tongue in the industry wagging last month when she released her new single 'Dirty Laundry' which was penned by the Dream. The song lyrically paints the picture of Kelly's past life which included an abusive relationship and feelings of doubt about her career.

    Kelly opened up about that abusive relative with OMG! Insider host Kevin Frazier this week.

    'A piece of me would go away every time he would say something,' she says 'I'll never forget those things... I'll forgive him, he's a different person now but it was things to tear me down as a person, as a woman.'

    Kelly is gearing up for the release of her fourth solo album post - Destiny's Child. Kelly's new album Talk A Good Game hits store shelves on June 18th. She recently shot the video for Fantasia's new single 'Without Me' and will begin shooting her new video for 'Dirty Laundry' today.

  • Kelly Rowland may be slaying the urban charts but she still hasn't ditched her dance fans. Kelly teams up with Norwegian rap group Madcon for a new Summer anthem titled 'One Life'. The track has a huge potential to be big overseas.

    While I do miss Kelly's dance anthems, I think I am enjoying her R&B side a tadbit more.

  • Kelly Rowland stopped by Raheen DeVaughn's Blis FM radio show for a special Memorial Day edition. Kelly teased a few snippets of her new material from her new album 'Talk A Good Game' which hits stores on June 18th. Kelly included the highly anticipated 'You Changed' which features her former bandmates Michelle Williams and Beyonce.

    Kelly also discussed her new deal with FOX for the X-Factor US.

    'It was a phone call from Simon which was pretty late. I remember calling my manager saying. Simon just called me. He basically made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I remember my experience on the X-Factor UK and I thoroughly enjoyed it,' says Kelly.

  • Kelly Rowland was very coy when asked about the rumors that she will be joining the judges panel on US X-Factor next season. The rumor mill was at an all time high this week that Kelly Rowland would be joining the judges panel replacing singer Britney Spears. Kelly was a viewers favorite while on the UK version of the hit series.

    'Oh, [laughs] all these rumors man. Next question. [laughs] I'm just not going to talk about that,' she said.

    Kelly was on hand at the 28th Annual Rock N' Roll Induction Ceremony to honor the late Donna Summer.

     

  • Former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were spotted grabbing lunch over the weekend. The two both attended church in Los Angeles over the weekend alongside reality star Evelyn Lozada.

    Both ladies are prepping for the Summer releases of their new solo albums. Kelly Rowland revealed during a recent interview with Billboard that both Michelle and Beyonce are slated to appear on her new album. Both ladies have received production contributions on their albums from producer Harmony.

  • Kelly Rowland hit up the Coachella Festival in Cali with gal pal Adrienne Bailon. Kelly hosted Galore Magazine's 'Women Who Rock' event over the weekend at the Hard Rock Cafe Music Lounge. Kelly rocked a cute Summer dress and enjoyed a few cocktails before ditching the event for the live concerts.

    Can we get a Coachella performance from Kelly? That would be epic.

  • Kelly Rowland put all rumors to rest regarding the release date of her fourth studio album this morning when she called into Houston's  97.9 The Box. Kelly revealed that her fourth studio album Talk A Good Game will hit stores on June 18th. [Listen]

    Kelly tapped into her more sensual side when she revealed that she would like to eventually open a restaurant titled "Morning Wood."

    "I would have a really good breakfast spot,' says Kelly.

  • It looks like Fantasia finally realized that she needed to garner a little attention in an effort to promote her new album. Fantasia released her highly anticipated single titled 'Without Me' which features singer Kelly Rowland & Missy Elliott. The track is definitely a certified urban banger and the reception via social networks have been pretty positive.

    Fantasia's fourth studio album , Side Effects of You, is scheduled to hit stores on April 23rd.
