I knew it would only be a matter of time, or seasons, before the real friendships on VH1's Basketball Wives were tested. It looks like Tami Roman has just about had it out with everyone and is not letting her clique Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O'Neal miss the heat either.
It is no secret that Shaunie O'Neal has been an instigator these last few seasons however she is not trying to hide it this go around. From mocking Tami Roman to downright doggin' her, Shaunie is setting herself up to be a test dummy in the "Tami Roman School of Martial Whoop-Ass".
Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see how well Stephon Marbury's wife Tasha fits into the cast. From the looks of it, she is just as immature as Shaunie.
Am I the only one trying to figure out how Suzie remains on the cast but not the other ladies that got the ex? -
Ch. You may recall that rumors swirled earlier this year that Shaunie O'Neal cleaned house on the Miami edition of VH1 Basketball Wives. The show began taping for the new season this past week and castmate Royce Reed took to Twitter to confirm that she has indeed parted ways with the show.Good for her. Royce is gearing up to open her very own dance studio in two months. The real question still remains about whether Jennifer Williams will be returning to the show. If VH1 were smart they would keep her so that they can get the ratings from people that are curious about her friendship with Evelyn Lozada post-Chad.As for the other ladies, Evelyn Lozada and Tami Roman will indeed be returning. Tami tired ass still hasn't changed judging from the tweet she sent out praying to God asking him to hold her tongue. Maybe her and Evelyn had a confrontation since she didn't attend Ev's wedding to Chad this year.Thoughts?

The OWN Network was definitely the channel to watch over the weekend. Part two of Evelyn Lozada's interview with Iyanla Vanzant on 'Fix My Life' aired last night. The second half was filmed after the altercation with Chad occurred. Evelyn admitted that there were signs that she should have followed that told her that the marriage wasn't going to work. Evelyn also talked about how her relationship with her own father may have played a part in her actions.
Should we forgive her for her nonsense on Basketball Wives? I'm not sure really how I feel about her at this point. I went into this interview hating her but have come away with other thoughts.

I will admit that this interview was probably one of the best things that Evelyn Lozada has done this far to fix her image. The reality star sat down with Iyanla Vanzant for the premiere of 'Fix My Life'. Evelyn went to Iyanla seeking help with her life that has spiraled out of control over the past year.
Some parts of the interview were tapped prior to the altercation with Chad including the dinner scene where she sat down with his daughters to apologize for her actions. Surprisingly Evelyn said she didn't mean all of those nasty things that she said towards Jennifer during the last season of Basketball Wives.
'What scares me the most is being by myself,' says Evelyn. That statement alone explains why she would put up with infidelity and abuse.

Hang it up, Home Interiors. Ch. Why is Evelyn Lozada already doing interviews to blast her ex-husband Chad Johnson. The reality star sat down with ABC Nightline to discuss the incident which ended her marriage.
My problem is why is Evelyn acting like this all happened over night? She keeps insinuating that he needs to get help which leads me to believe that he may have Tami Roman'd her ass in the past. Nonetheless, I won't be watching the interview when it airs but check back here tomorrow for the full scoop.

Has reality star Jennifer Williams put her ex-hubby Eric behind her and moved on to another man? Rumors are swirling after the former 'basketball wife' tweeted a picture of her and singer Maxwell hanging out.
In all honesty, I have always had my suspicions about Maxwell and which 'team' he plays on. Come on, we know Jen likes to keep her a homosexual man around like the ex of Star Jones. Anyways, will we be seeing 'Industry Wives' anytime soon? -
Pissed. Reality star Jennifer Williams revealed that she has dropped her lawsuit against former friend Nia Crooks which was the result of a slap she received on last season of the hit VH1 show Basketball Wives. Even though Jen dropped the civil lawsuit, Crooks still faces criminal charges. The thing that really pisses me off is the statement that Nia Crooks lawyers released saying:“We have always maintained that the frivolous lawsuit brought by Jennifer Williams was nothing short of a last-gasp attempt to maintain her dwindling relevance on the ‘Basketball Wives.'.. Nia is happy to put this issue behind her and start looking ahead to work on her own career."Really? She just did your client a favor by saving them money and time.

Is there some underlying drama or did Tami Roman decide to really distance herself from negative people? Apparently the reality star decided not to attend the wedding of her VH1 co-star Evelyn Lozada which took place in St.Marteen on Independence Day.
In a recent interview, Shaunie did say that Tami was invited but decided not to attend. I doubt it was the 'location' that bothered Tami like Shaunie tried to lie and say.
If Tami did distance herself from the crew I may actually get on her team again. -
Will Shaunie O'Neal ever take off her shades and see the light? The executive producer and castmate of VH1s Basketball Wives has reportedly cleaned house with the cast of the show. Royce Reed, Jennifer Williams, and newcomer Kesha have all reportedly gotten the boot according to theYBF. If Shaunie was serious about changing the direction of the show then she really made a big mess by keeping the biggest drama queens on the series.I'm really not feeling this show. I thought that keeping Jennifer on the show would have been a good storyline being that her and Evelyn have made amends.I guess Jennifer was serious when she tweeted 'About to make some major changes in my life.... #theshakeup' earlier this week.

I'm sure I am not the only one that questioned whether or not VH1 Basketball Wives reality stars Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada had spoken since the reunion show. Evelyn confirmed yesterday via an interview while at the launch party for her book that the two have communicated via email.
Saying:
I sent her an email just letting her know that I meant what I said on the reunion, I didn’t want her to think that it was just a reunion stunt, and she responded, she wished me happy mother’s day, and we said we would talk, and that was the last of it because I’ve been all over the place. We haven’t spoken since then.
I thought they weren't going to talk about each other via interviews anymore. Good or bad Evelyn should have not answered the question.

Doesn't the saying goes 'you gotta clean up what you messed up'? That appears not to be the case with VH1's Basketball Wives star and producer Shaunie O'Neal after revealing to The Insider that she is ready to wash her hands and leave the show. I really think that it is a foul move for Shaunie to have basically shined these ladies in a negative light and run when things aren't going as good as they once were.Meanwhile, Shaunie said that there are three ladies that she would automatically drop right now because they aren't going in the direction that she wants to go. I would assume and hope that those three people are Tami Roman, Evelyn Lozada, and Kesha.Nonetheless, catch the interview below. -
VH1 Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams isn't playing when it comes to the branding and marketing of her Lucid Cosmetics line. The business woman gives us a behind the scenes look at the commercial that she shoot for the lip gloss line.
Jennifer definitely understands that appearance is everything when it comes to marketing a product.
Watch the clip below. Why is Al Reynolds hanging with all the 'girls' these days? Hmmm. -
I'm so glad that we are just one episode away from the end of this season of VH1s Basketball Wives. The show has been an utter disrespect to women via their violence. Nonetheless, the women dished on relationships during the opening of part two of the reunion.
Royce was approached about her relationship with Dezmon Briscoe which went very public after he was caught sexting his baby mama while with her. Ch.
Meanwhile, Nia Crooks revealed all the reasons why Jennifer Williams should continue the lawsuit against her by saying that Jen 'welcomed the slap'. Read the script below.
What’s life been like for you since you appeared on the show?Hell. I could never imagine being in this predicament over something like that. And a person that I used to love is now just somebody I knew. It’s hell.Have people been mean, how have you been treated?Yeah, they don’t know me and I get that, I’m part of this story, but I’m just a person that walked in a room and sat down and said something to a person and got up and smacked her. So it looks like I’m bullying someone whowelcomed the smack. She said “I wish you would.” She cut the conversation off because she doesn’t want anyone to know wh she really is. She’s a total different person outside of this. Being a celebrity is not for everyone, some people’s heads get inflated, some don’t. And if you have new people around you in your life, and it’s not the people you’ve been around forever, that says a lot about a person. If you could do this over, would you have never appeared on the show?I just wish my reaction wouldn’t have been that. I can’t take that back now, but that’s the way I was raised, that’s how I grew up, that’s a normal reaction of mine.Evelyn: Can I just say I have known Nia for years, and I have never in all those years seen Nia cry — you know I cry at the drop of a hat — and ever since all the negativity and the lawyers and everything, I have never seen her cry like this until now and it’s tough. Nothing can ever prepare you for being in public and having a million people have an opinion about you on a daily basis. She’s just been thrown into this.Nia: It’s not easy. -
I know some of you may not be feeling Evelyn Lozada right now but in the words of NeNe Leakes 'growth is a beautiful thing'. Ev has definitely made some bad decisions in the past but I honestly feel like she is trying to clean up her act. I think she realized that her daughter is in college and Ocho's children are of age and they are watching her.
This letter was very touching and heart felt. We have all made some bad decisions and said/did some things we are not proud of. No matter how much we want to deny it nobody is perfect. The only difference is Evelyn unfortunately did some of hers on national television which leaves room for more open criticism and judgement. Eve recently sat down and penned a letter to her 7 year old self to let her know what was in her future. She also explained to the little girl what she would do to make the situations better. Read the heartfelt letter below and voice your hopefully positive comments.
Dear Mija,In exactly twenty-nine years you’re going to find yourself at the middle of a mess that you unwillingly helped to create… You’re going to be the topic of a discussion about women on a national level that won’t be one of your proudest moments. And as large as your life may be at that time, the truth is that you’re going to feel painfully small. You’ll look through the rearview mirror of your life and see a mountain of mistakes. You’ll realize that although it appears that you’re living out a dream, your seven year old self could never picture this near nightmare at thirty-six. You’ll remember the days when you drowned out the fighting and drama in your own house and the negativity of the women you loved who ultimately shape who you will become. You’ll recall the moments when you sat in front of the television each day after school in search of someone positive and found Oprah and wondered if people like her would ever be a part of your life, or if you’d always have the jaded ones you watched on Jerry Springer. You’ll make no excuses for your actions, as a matter of fact, you’ll find yourself in tears at the Ah-ha moment Star Jones forces you to have. Beyond what you’ll initially perceive as a malicious attack by Star, lives a hard truth that will shake you to your core. YOU are the little girl, she’s talking about. And it hadn’t dawned on you the effects that your grown-up actions were having on the next generation of little ones who watch negative and abusive moments unfold on television. It’ll take the moment when you see and hear your future step-daughters pretending to be “you” after watching you behave badly on T.V., that you’ll actually feel real shame. Knowing that the self image they were imitating was the very ‘image of self’ you will so desperately try to escape. In utter embarrassment you’ll find yourself explaining your unacceptable behavior to them, reaching for the imprint of encouragement felt by Star, Oprah, our First Lady Michelle Obama and other positive women of color that have gone before you and that are prayerfully standing behind you…encouraging you…willing you to stand in the space God will so graciously provide for you.” It’ll be the wakeup call you need.Until now, you’d never put a race, or face or even an age to the eyes that idolize you or see you as an example: be it good or bad. And although, conscious now, you’ll carry the fear of failure with you each second because deep down, you’ll realize that you yourself had never been taught better.
I cannot promise you perfection, Mija. I cannot say that overnight, I’m going to get it right every time. What I will promise you is that I will always remain conscious that little eyes like yours are watching me and because of that, I will try to be better.Learning To Love You More,Evelyn -
This was by far one of the most boring reunion shows that I have ever seen. I guess the crew were told to simmer down since the hit series received so much criticism for their violence which took place on this last season. Kenya looked absolutely fab for once to the point where I hardly recognized her.
I'm not buying Tami and Shaunie (the motherboard) for trying to come off like they are above the drama when they are 90% the reason it all occurred via their instigating.
Jennifer was held backstage for the first half of the show which she says was Shed Media's decision. I definitely got a kick out of Jen going off in that little box on the screen when they wouldn't let her sit with the other ladies. -
Shaunie O'Neal really pisses me off to the point where I know that Shaquille is glad he divorced her. The reality star and executive producer decided once again to not take responsibility for her own actions during the reunion show for season 4 of VH1s Basketball Wives.Shaunie knows that her and the rest of the girls continuously dissed Jennifer's lip gloss line during the entire season so for her to sit there and say 'nobody is knocking nothing' is complete disrespect. As far as Tami goes, I don't want to hear anything from her anymore. -
I am not buying Tami Roman's fake tears no more than I am buying those micro braids that she is trying to pull off as a good weave. The reality star stopped by theWendellWendy Williams Show yesterday to discuss her horrible actions on this past season of Basketball Wives which she says she regrets.
These ladies continue to yell that they are a work in progress even though they are 4 seasons in to the show. Tami claims she didn't respect the platform that the producers gave them by putting them on the show however she will in the future.
Tami also confirmed that there will be another season of VH1s Basketball Wives. -
The storm is finally over. I don't have much to say about the season finale of VH1s Basketball Wives. Tami definitely needs to play by her own rules. If you are going to sit behind someone's back and talk down about them, why get mad when they do it to you?Shaunie O'Neal knows that she is not done with this show. I really believe the meeting with her pastor at the end was a ploy to see if anyone would rally and plea for the shows return when in all reality Tami Roman revealed on the Wendy Williams show yesterday that they would indeed be back for a fifth season.Suzie, please explain you're existence. Do you not realize that the girls are using you to see what is being said about them on the other side? Just dumb.Jennifer I applaud you for not digging into the bull crap.

There is no denying that season 4 of VH1s Basketball Wives has been a very aggravating one for castmate Jennifer Williams who has received constant harassment all season from former BFF Evelyn Lozada. Jennifer took to her blog after last nights airing of the finale to say the following about the likes of Tami Roman and Shaunie O'Neal who claim to still be her friends but talk smack behind her back.
Jen says:
In relation to the Basketball Wives cast, I feel some of the ladies who claimed to be my friend and claimed to be neutral made snide and slick remarks along with snickering about me. This proved to me that they indeed were not at all neutral.
Jennifer also hinted to the fact that she may not be returning for another season of the show with the closing of the blog saying:Even though this has been a trying season, I hope at some point my cast mates can get along and be civil with one another. I will always appreciate Basketball Wives Season 4 and this time in my life for the abundant lessons learned and personal growth I was forced to face. We all have our own individual imperfections, but I also believe we all have a good heart. As women of color it is important we uplift and support one another. I wish all my cast mates continued success and best wishes with their future endeavors.Thank you to all my family and friends and loyal supporters for all the love during this trying season. Please continue to support me and my current (www.lucidcosmetics.com) and future business ventures.Read the full blog here. -
Girl. I wish Evelyn Lozada would stop with the fake dramatics that she gives with this constant crying. The reality star said that she would take back the bottle throwing incident if she could while taping the reunion for VH1s Basketball Wives.
I honestly believe this regret is a ploy to get Kenya on her side since she knows that she is cool with Jen. Come on, did you guys not see how calm and scared Evelyn was at the table when Kenya got to Tahiti?
I hope this show gets cancelled. Shame.
