  • BET definitely stepped their production up a notch during the 2013 BET Awards. Ciara, Robin Thicke, and Charlie Wilson are just a few of my favorite performances from last night. The event was held last night at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

    I would definitely give Charlie Wilson best vocal performance of the night. Despite being a senior citizen and cancer survivor, the legend really tore the house down with his performance. Robin Thicke's performance was quite nice but didn't compare to what he gave on the Graham Norton Show.

  • Ciara just served us every bit of Michael and Janet Jackson from "Scream" in her latest video. The video for "I'm Out" which features Nicki Minaj just premiered via the 2013 BET Awards red carpet. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the video and I'm glad that Ciara retired some of her new dance moves for a more fresher routine.

    Ciara is currently gearing up for the release of her self-titled album Ciara which hits stores in early July.

  • I guess singer Ciara wanted to join in on new music Tuesday so bad that she leaked new music from her new album Ciara. "Overdose" surfaced earlier from Ciara's new album after her team accidentally put the song up for sale on a digital retailers website before immediately pulling it down.

    This is definitely the route that Ciara should be taking with her music career. Forget all of that urban crap that she has been throwing out, if Ciara really wants to become iconic I suggest she take the pop route.

    The song follows suit of "Living It Up" from the new album.



  • Singer Ciara isn't going to let her single "Body Party" die anytime soon. Ciara teams with singer/songwriter Ne-Yo for the "gentlemen's" remix to the hit Summer anthem. I actually prefer this version over Future and BoB.

    Ciara is currently gearing up for the July 5th release of her self-titled album. Her new single "I'm Out" features rapper Nicki Minaj and can be heard here.

  • This is by far one of the best lyric videos that I've seen but it still doesn't make me like the song anymore. Singer Ciara released the lyric video for her current single "I'm Out" which features rapper Nicki Minaj. The video was very colorful and had some funny moments.

    The song is just too childish for me compared to some of Ciara's past work.

    "No I never been there but I like to Bangkok," raps Nicki.

    Ciara's new album Ciara hits stores on July 5th.




  • Ch. The shade was extra thick last night during singer Ciara's LA Pride performance after she was served legal documents for pulling out of an appearance agreement. Ciara is the latest celebrity to get "catfished" after grabbing legal documents from the audience which she thought was fan memorabilia during her performance.

    Ciara is being sued by Los Angeles gay club Factory which has played host to many urban divas including Kelly Rowland and Brandy. Ciara apparently backed out of an appearance contract to appear at the club over for weekend for their pride festivities.

    Ciara tossed the papers back into the audience after realizing what it was.



  • Singer Ciara stopped by auntie Wendy Williams talk show yesterday to promote her current single and upcoming album. Ciara's 'Body Party' saw unexpected success last week when it premiered at #35 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart due largely in part to the new rules. 

    Being the messy man that he is, Wendell decided to bring up Ciara's feud with popstar Rihanna.

    'I've said all that I need to say about her and I'm in a totally different space. It's all positive and love from my perspective and how I get down. I wish her well,' says Ciara.

    Ciara also flaunted her tattoo via her ring finger which has the initials of her boo Future. 



  • Singer Ciara stopped by VH1's latest late night talk show to promote her new music and more. Ciara finally confirmed her relationship with rapper Future who she has been seen frolicking around town with. Whoever didn't know that the two were dating prior to this needs to visit my site a little more often. Future will also appear in Ciara's new video for 'Body Party' which premieres next week.

    The appearance marks Ciara's first interview since changing the title & release date of her new album now titled Ciara.

    On another note, with Jenny landing her own late night talk show does that mean Tiny Tonight is a no-go? Tiny ran several pilots on the network but no other details were announced about the show which featured Tamar Braxton, Claudia Jordan, and rapper Trina. Jenny's show looks a bit more cost effective than Tiny's elaborate set so maybe VH1 ditched the idea.





  • Ciara decided not to shave her pubes this month and got gangster with singer Rihanna via Twitter overnight. It is no secret that the two haven't been on good terms for the past couple of years even going at it directly via the social networking website.

    Clearly Ciara got fed up with the constant attacks from Rihanna and indirectly tweeted her saying: 


    The response comes less than a week after Rihanna shaded Ciara via a fans Instagram picture and less than a day after Rihanna commented below.


    Who would win the fight? In the meantime, 'Body Party' visuals will hit the net April 22nd. 



  • According to iTunes, singer Ciara is no longer titling her new album 'One Woman Army' anymore. In an unexpected move, the album went up for pre-sale via the web this morning and is now titled Ciara. The album has suffered numerous setbacks due to the lack of success of her singles and label changes. The album is now scheduled for release on July 9th (not June 4th).

    Noticeably absent from the track listing are lead singles 'Sorry' and 'Got Me Good' which garnered a lot of attention last year.

  • It looks like Ciara's new album will not be a 'One Woman Army' after rapper Nicki Minaj revealed that she has collabs on more than one track.

    Nicki Minaj tells MTV:

    "I’ve been working with Ciara a lot. And actually, I’m in the studio to finish a couple things up for her today. She has this dope, dope, dope song. I can’t wait for the barbz to hear it. So we might end up doing the record I have with her as well [I'm Legit]. People are gonna love her new album, I love it! I was supposed to only do one song for her album and I think I’m gonna end up doing 2 because I just love what she’s doing and I’m so proud and I’m really excited for people to hear it.”

    I was excited for Ciara's new project but I have slowly lost interest after the constant setbacks and multiple single releases. This era was intended to be a rebirth for the singer but it seems as if label heads aren't realizing that her career in the music industry depends on it.

    While I do prefer Ciara's ballads over her more uptempo tracks, she shouldn't be releasing slow songs moving into the Summer. Nicki has some great songs but I would have preferred if Ciara teamed with a fresh female in the industry such as Azealia Banks for a collab.

  • Does singer Ciara finally have the certified banger that she needed to revive her career? The EPIC records songstress returns with her latest single 'Body Party' which is produced by hitmaker Mike Will. I knew the song would be hot when I heard that Mike Will had something to do with it.

    Ciara won many people over with the track by sampling Ghosttown DJ's 90s hit 'My Boo' during a portion of the track.

    The question still remains on whether the latest single can save what's left of the singers new album 'One Woman Army' which is scheduled to hit stores sometime this Spring/Summer? I would say that this is a step in the right direction in addition to her very public relationship with Future.

  • It appears that Future is the 'go to' male for artist these days. Singer Ciara tapped the artist for the remix to her track 'Sorry' which she released yesterday. I'm not too crazy about the track however it does sound a tad bit better than the original.

    Someone go check on T-Pain and make sure he is alive because he was obviously robbed by Future for his voice box which would explain why we haven't heard from him in a minute. Also, is Future a rapper or a singer? I'm confused.

  • Pull thru grandma! Singer Ciara recorded her grandmother twerkin' in a parking garage to her new single 'Got Me Good.' Grandma did that but she has nothing on my grandmother. Ciara is busy prepping for the release of her new album One Woman Army which is due out next month.

    Ciara's team was smart to use this as a promotion tactic and plugging promo for it at the end of the clip. Honestly, how many copies of her new album do you guys think Ciara will sell during her first week?

  • You may recall that singer Ciara took to Times Square two weeks ago to premiere the video for her new single 'Got Me Good.' The singers label captured the footage from the premiere for Ciara's fans that couldn't be in attendance.

    It appears that Ciara's new team isn't letting down as far as the promotion goes for her new album One Woman Army.


    Will you be purchasing Ciara's new album next month?

  • It looks like this year may be one of the best lineups for the VH1 Divas concert. Singer Kelly Rowland and Ciara are just two of the performers tapped to perform at the event this year. The event, which will be hosted by American Idol alumni Adam Lambert, will take place LIVE on December 16th.

    No word on if the two will perform their own current singles or if they will be a part of the tributes to Whitney Houston and Donna Summers.

    Other performers include Jordin Sparks, Miley Cyrus, and Demi Lovato.

  • The ladies showed out last night on the BET's Black Girls Rock recognition ceremony. Everyone did good but I was a little disappointed in the lip-synching done by Ciara. Singer Keyshia Cole really shocked everyone with how good she sounded singing her new single 'Trust & Believe' which landed her a standing ovation.

  • Singer Ciara released her new video for 'Got Me Good' tonight. The singer lowkey snatched Janet's wig in the clip which she took to the desert to film. It's obvious that Ciara's label is trying to market her across various music platforms because the track could easily pass for being played on both urban and pop radio.

    Am I the only glad that I didn't witness a backbend in the video? Ciara looks great and her dance moves are on point like always.

    Ciara has offered a snippet of the video for her next single 'Got Me Good' which premieres later this week. The singer takes to the street in her all white attire to offer up her recycled dance moves.

    'My back is aching, my bra is too tight, my booty shaking from the left to the right,' sings Ciara.

    The song and video look like they will both be cute. What are your thoughts? 


  • Singer Ciara stopped by VH1s Big Morning Buzz this week to discuss her new album and more. It seems like Ci Ci isn't waiting until the week of like before to promote the new project. I wasn't really feeling Ciara's wardrobe and hair choices for the morning talk show.

    I'm highly anticipating Ciara's new album One Woman Army.
