  • BET definitely stepped their production up a notch during the 2013 BET Awards. Ciara, Robin Thicke, and Charlie Wilson are just a few of my favorite performances from last night. The event was held last night at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

I would definitely give Charlie Wilson best vocal performance of the night. Despite being a senior citizen and cancer survivor, the legend really tore the house down with his performance. Robin Thicke's performance was quite nice but didn't compare to what he gave on the Graham Norton Show.

Check out the performances below. Who was you favorite?

    - Robin Thicke ft. Pharrell, T.I.

    - Kendrick Lamar ft. Erykah Badu

    - Janelle Monae ft. Erykah Badu

    - 2 Chainz ft. A$AP Rocky

    - Beenie Man and Elephant Man

    - Tamela Mann

    - J.Cole

    - Miguel

    - Mariah Carey ft. Miguel

    - R.Kelly

    - Charlie Wilson ft. India Arie, Jamie Foxx, Pharrell, Snoop Dogg, & Justin Timberlake

    - Chris Brown

Watch Robin & Pharrell perform "Blurred Lines" on Jimmy Kimmel below.

  • Congrats are in order for singer Robin Thicke who just landed the number one spot on this week's BillBoard Hot 100 chart. Robin's lead single "Blurred Lines" from his new album marks his first career number one on the heels of his sixth studio album release. The track, which features T.I. & Pharrell, jumped six spots to the top of the chart.

Quiet as it's kept I'm sure Robin is surprised about the success of the track.

It's good to see an urban track hit number one on BillBoard's main chart.

Discuss. Check out Robin's performance of the track on The Graham Norton Show here.

Robin's new album Blurred Lines hits stores on July 8th.

  • Singer Robin Thicke has been showing out during this Blurred Lines era. Robin took his new single to the UK this week with a performance on the Graham Norton Show with Pharell. I will admit that Robin sounded great during the performance and the crowd definitely loved this track.

I really hope that the rest of Robin's new album is as good as this single. Yesterday was my first time listening to the track and I instantly fell in love.

Is it me or would this make a good song for a Target commercial?

Robin Thicke's new album Blurred Lines hits stores on July 8th.

  • Singer Robin Thicke shows no signs of slowing down since his departure from BET's Real Husbands of Hollywood. The singer/songwriter announced today that his sixth studio album Blurred Lines is scheduled to hit stores on July 8th.

Surprisingly, the albums title track and current single has been blazing the BillBoard charts and currently sits at #6 on the Hot 100 and #1 on the R&B charts.

I honestly just listened to the song before writing this post and I must admit that it is pretty nice.

Will you be supporting Robin's latest effort?

  • Awwright! I guess BET caught wind of how entertaining their skit was for the BET Awards which is why they have tagged comedian Kevin Hart for a new scripted series titled Real Husbands of Hollywood. Kevin will be joined by Boris Kodjoe, Robin Thicke, Duane Martin, and Faizon Love in what they are calling 'un-reality'.

How did Robin Thicke end up in this mix? Get money. Nonetheless, the new series will premiere in March of 2013.

    Will you be tuning in?

  • The official trailer for Robin Thicke's As Written Documentary has been released. In this documentary, you can get all the deets about Mr. Thicke's family life, music life and info about his Love After War album.

Also he tells about his upbringing from having Hollywood parents. As Written premieres April 29 at 11PMET on Centric.

  • Singer Robin Thicke gives us a behind the scenes look at his new video 'Pretty Lil Heart' which features rapper Lil Wayne. The video actually looks like it will be quite interesting, with an interesting story line. Did anyone see Lil Wanye in the video snippet? I didn't either. Robin, who was arrested earlier this month on drug charges, which premiere the video tomorrow on BET's 106 and Park.

    Opinions?
