  • I'm sure that I don't speak for myself when I say that I'm glad Centric TV ditched loud-mouth Tamar Braxton as the host of their Culture List series. The network tapped the lovely and much classier Letoya Luckett as the host of the second season of the lifestyle series.

    The second season of the show premieres tonight. Letoya Luckett is currently in the studio recording the follow-up to her second solo studio album Lady Love. I've been anticipating new music from Letoya but this wait is definitely bothering me.

    The Culture List debuted last year and showcases the latest in fashion, trends, and music. The show would be a bigger hit if it aired on BET versus its sister station.

  • The celebs are out tonight in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theater for the 2013 BET Awards. Michelle Williams, Letoya Luckett, Lil Mama, and more have already rocked the red carpet.

  • The lovely Letoya Luckett drops the latest webisode of Life, Love & Music series. In the newest installment of the webisode, we get to see alot of positive energy.  Letoya spends time with former Destiny's Child alumni Michelle Williams.

    I love that these two women can get along with each other. Alot of people were hoping and probably wondering would they even like each other since some people feel that Michelle took Letoya's job. I don't feel that way at all. People change, things happen. You live, you love and you move on.

  • Former Destiny's Child members Michelle Williams, Latavia Roberson, and Letoya Luckett met up while they were all in Atlanta last night. The meeting was a first for original member Latavia Roberson with Michelle after she replaced her after being kicked out of the group. It is so good to see African American woman being mature and grown.

    Latavia has been living in Atlanta for a couple months. The ladies tweeted each other saying how nice it was to meet each other.

    On another note, is Latavia one of the cast members for VH1s Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta? I noticed that she moved to Atlanta around the same time that filming for the show began. Scandalous.






  • One of Letoya Luckett's biggest fansite LetoyaNews.com was shut the F*CK down today. The creator of the website decided that Letoya just does not show enough love to her fans. The site's shutdown was brought on with a long open letter to Letoya Luckett stating they just give up. The webmaster says that he/she is tired of waiting forever and a damn day for Letoya to decide she wants to drop new music. 

    Some NOT ALL of her fans feel that Letoya does not have that same drive and hunger to be successful in music as she currently does for acting and etc. They feel that she does not thank the site for all they do for her. They also feel that she does not show enough love to her fans. 

    Do you guys feel that Letoya can be successful in music without her biggest support system behind her?  Or do you guys feel that Letoya's days are numbered?  I personally LOVE Letoya but there are moments in time where I find myself thinking damn when is this bish gone drop something. But I ain't the one to judge so... Anyhoo here's a snippet of what they have to say...

    You might not realize this but my position in the entertainment business allowed me to lobby for you and allow you to get gigs without you even knowing it was thanks to me. I got you slots on TV for performances and interviews, magazine spreads and more. I am not going to mention which ones exactly but a lot of those, you would NEVER had got without ME.

    Most artists would kill to have a fanbase like yours. I don’t understand this reluctance to communicate with your fans. I appreciate you releasing a few web episodes here and there but seeing that in 3 years recording you still haven’t found a hit song is worrisome. Ask Rihanna how long it takes her to record her albums and get these catchy hooks you’re looking for.

    There is only 24 hours in a day and I would rather you focus on getting that album out. You’re not getting any younger and acting you can always do when you’re older, not music. At least not at the level we want you to be at. However, IT IS YOUR LIFE and if acting is what you want to go for now IT IS YOUR RIGHT to do so. It is so obvious that you have lost your hunger for success in music. But since I am a fan of you by way of music if you can’t provide that there is no reason I should continue supporting you.

  • Singer Letoya Luckett has returned with the third installment of her webisode series. The singer took us to the studio and more as the cameras followed her to document her journey. I applaud Letoya for knowing exactly what she wants for her career and not settling until she gets it.

    On another note, whoever produces these webisodes for her do a great job. Peep the fun below.


  • Singer J.Valentine has tapped former Destiny's Child singer Letoya Luckett once more for a track that is featured on his latest mix tape. In what is definitely a 'grown and sexy' track, we hear both singers showcase their R&B vocals in 'I Do'.

    Letoya is currently in the studio recording her follow-up album to 'Lady Love'.



  • Continuing with her reality web series to highlight the road to her next album, singer Letoya Luckett has released the second episode of her show 'Life, Love, and Music'. I think that more artist should document their journey on film and I applaud Letoya on how well produced her videos are.
