Album filler. I'm not feeling singer Rihanna's new single 'Diamonds' upon first listen but I'm sure that I will be bumping it by the end of the week. The singer released the new track this morning which serves as the first single from her seventh studio album.

The song is a little slower than her typical raunchy material that she throws out.

I haven't been feeling singer Miguel since he blocked me on Twitter for calling him 'sis' but his new album is cute. The singer gives us an advance listen at his latest offering ahead of its release date next week. The whole 'Kaleidoscope Dream' project was handled incorrectly and I doubt that it will pull good numbers first week.

Why would the label allow Miguel to release the album in segments? Ch.

I'm so proud of singer/songwriter/reality star Kandi Burruss for taking her platform and building a house. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star threw a private dinner last night in Atlanta for her adult novelty line 'Bedroom Kandi'. Kandi was presented with two awards which included the AVN Award for 'Best Overall Sex Toy'.

No shade but why is Phaedra still on the show? Does she really think her new 'Donkey Booty' workout series tape is going to do anything? Ch.

I'm so addicted to TVOne's R&B Divas that I actually get mad when I miss an episode. The ladies returned last night for the sixth episode of their hit reality series. The shade was very thick between Syleena Johnson and her dad who treats her like an 'opponent' rather than his child.

Keke's baby is so cute but I'm not here for that closet queen husband of hers. I do applaud Keke's husband for taking all the ladies to church tho because they definitely need it.

MTV caught up with singer Solange on the set of her new video for 'Losing You'. Solo chatted about her new album and more with the network explaining how insanely excited she is about the new music. The video set was designed by artist Mickalene Thomas whom Solange has grown to become a huge fan of.

'It's been about three or four years since I have put out music so I kinda wanted to set up the project with a really good visual,' says Solange.

'Losing You' premiere on October 2nd.

Rapper Ludacris is back with his brand new single featuring singer Kelly Rowland. The track, titled 'Representin', leaked in a low quality version a few weeks ago after Luda premiered it in Atlanta on the radio. Kelly Rowland serves us her smooth vocals on the hook.

I think the song will definitely be a smash on urban radio.

Ludacris's new album 'Ludaversal' hits stores this Fall.
 

I honestly don't understand why Def Jam insists on releasing new Rihanna albums each year. The singer announced that her new single 'Diamonds' will hit airwaves this Wednesday morning. Rihanna hit the stage over the weekend at the iHeartRadio Festival where she revealed the news.

Rihanna will never be a legend because she doesn't give us time to miss her. Her label is continuously shoving music down our throats without giving it time to marinate. I absolutely love Rihanna but she needs to reconsider releasing a new album so soon.

On another note, I think I may actually buy tickets for Ri's 'Diamonds World Tour' which launches early next year.

Today I decided to finally take the steps in cleaning up my life both mentally and physically. As part of the physical clean-up, I have decided to start the Insanity Workout Plan. For those that aren't aware, the Insanity Workout routine is a 60-day total body conditioning program. I was skeptical about starting the program because so many people stated that it is extremely hard.

Deciding to tone up my body has been a personal goal on mines for years and I'm glad that I am mentally focused to finally do so. I have made a few adjustments to my eating habits too as far as eliminating sodas (unhealthy juices), stop eating out (only one cheat meal per week), and no snacks.

Each week I will update you guys on my progress as a form of making sure that I remain consistent with my workout and lifestyle changes.

My first week exercises will consist of the following:

Week 1 
Monday - Fit Test 
Tuesday - Plyometric Cardio Circuit 
Wednesday - Cardio Power & Resistance 
Thursday - Cardio Recovery 
Friday - Pure Cardio 
Saturday - Plyometric Cardio Circuit 
Sunday - OFF

Rapper Ludacris took to the internet to reveal the official premiere of his new single 'Representin'. You may recall that the radio rip of the track made its way online a few weeks ago. Kelly Rowland will definitely be blazing the airwaves this Fall with her own single 'ICE', Sean Paul's 'How Deep Is Your Love', and now Ludacris's new track.

The HQ version of the track is set to impact airwaves tomorrow.

Actress Jennifer Hudson will return to the big screen next month in the leading role for the new film 'Winnie'. The movie is based on the life of Nelson Mandela's wife Winnie who survived her husband's imprisonment, police harassment, and more than a year in solitary confinement. Jennifer will play the role of Winnie while Nelson will be played by actor Terrence Howard.

The preview started off a little boring for me but got good towards the end. It will be interesting to see how well the movie performs in theaters being that it is just now being promoted so close to the release date.

Will you be seeing this film?

I will honestly say that I am shocked at how well reality star Trina Braxton did with her first music video. The singer premiered her video for her track 'Party Or Go Home' last week on Braxton Family Values. The video was shot by celeb photographer Derek Blanks. I'm sure Derek shot the video for free or was either paid by WETv for the clip because the production definitely looks like it cost a coin.

When is this going to end? Rapper Jim Jones mother Mama Jones has landed her own VH1 webseries to coincide with season one of Chrissy & Mr.Jones. The 'psychiotic' old woman teams up with her business partner Freddie Robinson for 'Mama Jones World' to bring us a weekly webseries full of commentary, how-to's, and more.

Rapper Lil Scrappy's mom Momma Dee makes a special appearance on the series during a segment titled 'Sass Pool'. Ch.

Girl. Why did Ne-Yo spend an entire five minutes discussing how he wrote Beyonce's smash single 'Irreplaceable' during his VH1 Behind the Music special. The singer/songwriter sat down with the network to discuss his career, future, and more.

I feel like the part about Beyonce was an indirect way of saying 'I wrote that track now stop claiming that you did'. We all remember the epic shade years ago when Ne-Yo took to the airwaves to blast Beyonce for saying that she wrote the song whenever she performed it. As long as an artist is cutting me a huge check, there is no way that I would blast them. Just imagine what the checks looked like for that track alone.

VH1 always like to release the full premiere episode of television shows ahead of their premiere when they are afraid that they may flock. The premiere episode of Chrissy Lampkin and rapper Jim Jones new spinoff show 'Chrissy & Mr.Jones' has made its way online.

Chrissy has always looked desperate to me. She is with a guy that obviously doesn't want her which would explain why he haven't put a ring on her finger yet. He continuously dogg's her out and she puts up with it just to say that she has a man. Why did they get a spinoff again? Ch.

I will give singer Miguel his props and admit that he sounded good doing his vocal performance of 'Adorn' on Power 106. The singer stopped by to chat with Big Boy about his new album and his collaboration with singer Alicia Keys.

Miguel teamed up with Alicia for a track titled 'Where's The Fun In Forever' which the two wrote in Jamaica. The song is produced by Pop & Oak who did a great majority of singer Elle Varner's new album. The track will be featured on Miguel's new album Kaleidoscope Dream.

Reality star Nene Leakes has another reason to celebrate after landing a spot in the new issue of Vogue Magazine. The actress posed with the cast of her new NBC television show 'The New Normal' in the issue. Nene should really be excited because Vogue's editor Anna Wintor rarely lets reality television stars into her magazine.

Anna doesn't really care for reality stars.

Nene has definitely built herself a brand and with the new season of Bravo's Real Housewives of Atlanta hitting TV this November I'm sure that this is just a start. Nene will focus on her rising career and rekindling her romance with her ex-husband Gregory Leakes during the new season of the show.

Solange took to her official website to release a new image from the set of her new music video for 'Losing You'. I am highly anticipating the release of new music from Solange. The video looks like it will definitely be everything artistically.

I am personally hoping that Solo follows in the same path of her sophomore album 'Solange & the Hadley Street Dreams'. The 70's disco era is definitely her lane.

I haven't really had the chance to watch the full premiere episode of Tamar & Vince's new reality show but it is cute from what I did get to see. The couple landed their own spinoff which premiered this past Thursday on WETv. Apparently the coins are rolling in big time which would explain how the couple purchased their huge new mansion which they rubbed in our face during the premiere.

So Tamar and Vince are friends with music producer Memphitz which explains why she started that Twitter beef with K.Michelle. On another note, why does Mary J. Blige look uninterested at being at dinner with everyone?

I have not been disappointed yet in an episode from the Jenifer Lewis & Shangela webseries. The two released their newest episode this week titled 'Gold Earring'. Jenifer loses her gold earring in the episode and taps Shangela to help her find it.

The writers of this series are doing an excellent job. I have never watched a webseries so professionally done like this one.

Next week will mark the season finale of the first season the show.
