*UPDATE - According to TMZ, Evelyn just filed for divorce in Florida listing irreconcilable differences. The two have been married for a month and ten days.
Reality star Evelyn Lozada has released a statement regarding the domestic violence dispute that occurred between her and her husband Chad Johnson over the weekend.
Evelyn says:
“It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday. I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I’m grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time.”
If Evelyn is on the cast for the next season of VH1's Basketball Wives they will see record ratings I'm sure due to everyone wanting to see the result of this situation.
On another note, did she seek help for her violence and bottle throwing? Oh.
Does this mean that she will file for divorce?
