VIDEO: Chad Johnson Appears Before Judge; Evelyn Lozada To File Charges

I guess it is safe to assume that it is a wrap for newlyweds Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada. The two were all the talk last night after Chad was arrested for allegedly head-butting Evelyn in the car. According to the police report posted on TMZ, Evelyn found a receipt in the trunk of the car from Wal-Greens for a box of condoms. Ch. It will be interesting to see how VH1 will promote the couples new reality show if Evelyn files for divorce before the premiere. The sad part about the situation is that Jennifer tried to warn Evelyn about Chad throughout the show which caused their friendship to fall apart. Evelyn has decided that she wants to press charges against her husband of only one month.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian is rejoicing at the ranch since her marriage won't be considered the shortest in reality television history. 

Chad has been ordered to stay away from Evelyn.
