• En Vogue Settles Lawsuit; Maxine & Dawn Lose Rights

Welp! It appears that 90s girl group En Vogue are legally calling it quits. TMZ reports that group members Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron have won exclusive rights to use the name En Vogue while touring and such. The two sued other members Dawn Robinson and Maxine Jones for the name after discovering that they were illegally touring with the name after the band broke up.

These ladies had the perfect opportunity to make a comeback after their appearance with Alicia Keys at the BET Awards but let drama mess up their coin. This is another perfect example of how friendship doesn't pay bills. We all know that the ladies can't stand each other but if they would have all shut up and dealt with it they wouldn't be standing in line for public assistance.

On another note, Dawn Robinson will be on the series premiere of TVOne's R&B Divas LA which is slated to debut later this year.

The ladies also sued for $1 million in damages but were denied.
