I get so excited when I see stars from the former LOGO (Patrik Ian-Polk) series doing new and big things. Actor Darryl Stephens has been keeping us up to date for the past few weeks about the new DTLA series that he has been filming. DTLA is a gay friendly scripted series best described as a mix between 'Queer As Folk' and 'Swingers'.
DTLA depicts the relationships of seven friends with varied ethnic, cultural, and sexual orientations who work and live in the vibrant community of Downtown Los Angeles. It's a story of love, friendship, loyalty, and being true to oneself - no matter what the cost. It is the first dramatic series with gay leads since "Queer as Folk", "Noah's Arc", and "The L Word".
On another note I am excited to see some familiar faces making cameos in the series such as reality star Tiffany 'New York' Pollard, comedian Luenell, and B. Scott.

Daryl Stephens is such a talent, and so easy on the eyes. Can't wait to see him in his new role.
