I'm sure that singer Chris Brown knew that this wasn't a good idea before he did it. Chris took to Instagram to post a picture of his Halloween costume which appears to be that of a terrorist group. I actually think that the costume of and his friends is rather cute minus the meaning.
Chris was supposedly headed to Rihanna's costume party.
