I guess Roman was low on bullets when he decided to reload which will explain why Minaj's new album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' will not do as well as everyone expected during its first week of release. The rapper's sophomore album is set to pull in only 200k despite heavy promotional appearances. The number may not sound too low however Nicki's debut album 'Pink Friday' sold 375k first week.
It is no secret that this latest project has been subjected to much criticism after Minaj decided to showcase her vocals more than her rap skills. I am honestly surprised at the predictions being that so many people went hard for her the first time around.

I have a feeling that Nicki's single will do better than her overall album once she drops the singles as music videos it will gain steam, but even then.
Super Bass as a single went 3x's platinum because it was pop, So Nicki is going for the same strategy. Fuck the album let the singles work themselves out with a larger audience. Radio stations will still play the pop songs because there is rap in it. Lets be honest rap is really a rough market to break into and stay persistent especially when you run out of things to rap about. Sometimes it means that it isnt your calling. She learned where the money was and played her hip hop fans. Let's be real. Now instead of being compared to Lil' Kim she is going to be compared to Lady Gaga and the Monsters wont be having that, nor will Madges and Britney's little trolls.
Even if your singles go platinum it doesnt mean your album did. What happened to music though really?
True , Very true & I respect what your saying but still why connect to other people? Why connect anybody to anyone? Lets be real on that, Every artist in whatever catagory is diffent in their own special ways, and Nicki Minaj, for a fact is not trying to be like Lady Gaga, Lil Kim, Nor anyone else. However style will be style and money will be money you have to get it how you live, and to be real while were typing about it and throwing shade at Nicki Minaj, she is just counting her money laughing at the blogs saying "What else you have to say?"
