Singers Usher and Justin Bieber teamed up to grace another cover of Billboard Magazine. The two are both blazing the airwaves with their current singles and will both grace the stage to perform May 20th at the Billboard Awards.
You may recall that Usher was the one that 'discovered' Bieber and gave him a shot in the industry.
