Queen Latifah has tapped musician Lenny Kravitz's design firm to design the set for her new daytime talk show which premieres this Fall. The Queen Latifah Show will premiere on a newly refurbished soundstage on the Sony Studios lot.
"It's a thrill to be designing the set for The Queen Latifah Show," says Kravitz. "This is the first time Kravitz Designs has created an enviroment for television, which makes it an exciting project for us."
The show will be produced by Latifah's production company Flavor Unit in conjunction with Overbrook Entertainment which is owned by Will & Jada Smith.
"Lenny and his Kravitz Design team are designing a set that exceeds everything we ever thought possible for daytime television," says Jada Pinkett-Smith.
Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit has been on a role lately. Her team is producing some great projects including VH1's Single Ladies series.
