Watch: Ciara Gets Served Lawsuit During LA Pride Performance

Ch. The shade was extra thick last night during singer Ciara's LA Pride performance after she was served legal documents for pulling out of an appearance agreement. Ciara is the latest celebrity to get "catfished" after grabbing legal documents from the audience which she thought was fan memorabilia during her performance.

Ciara is being sued by Los Angeles gay club Factory which has played host to many urban divas including Kelly Rowland and Brandy. Ciara apparently backed out of an appearance contract to appear at the club over for weekend for their pride festivities.

Ciara tossed the papers back into the audience after realizing what it was.
