Fresh off her Revel concert, Beyonce is showing that she is truly back to business. It has been released by Deadline.com that Beyonce will star in a new animated movie titled 'Epic'.
Beyonce's character will be Queen Tara in the 3D CG Animation. Made through 20th Century Fox Animation and Blue Sky Studios Director Chris Wedge (Ice Age) says 'Epic' will follow a battle between the good and evil. A young teenage girl magically transports into a secret universe,where a cast of fun and whimsical characters unite to save the world.
Pitbull, Steven Tyler, Collin Farrell, Josh Hutcherson, Amanda Seyfield, Aziz Ansari, Jason Sudeikis, Judeh Friedlander and Johnny Knoxville are also confirmed to take part in the film.
This will be Bey's first movie role since giving birth to Blue Ivy.
Beyonce is still set to film Clint Eastwood's remake of A Star Is Born soon. RHOA star NeNe Leakes also let the cat out the bag saying that Beyonce was already casted in another movie titled 'One Hit Wonders' with Gwyneth Paltrow made by Ryan Murphy of Glee.
It seems like Beyonce is one busy girl. Epic will be something that Blue Ivy can watch mommy in. AWWWWW!
Epic will hit theaters in May of 2013.
